Some on trees, a bench in a pavillion with a fire pit, the restroom by the Quicksilver lift, a restaurant called The Maggie, and with a lady in a gallery of pet art. The colors looked so cool, I cut it into strips and looked at it for a few days, wondering what to make out of it. Finally I decided to collage some pins. They have magazine words, netting, heart glitter, and buttons. Add a pin back and voila'-art from trash. I designed the wings and altered the girl's photo and put them together with the type on Photoshop. Then I painted the background and mounted it and attached a piece of yellow netting using the letter pieces. I made it home in one piece. Hallelujah! Just enough white water adventure for a 47 year old. There were 11 of us in our group; my husband and I along with 9 others ranging in age from 15 to 25. I'm in temporary housing at the moment during a relocation from St. Louis to Boston. I don't have a lot of art supplies with me, so I took an idea from another found artist and collected a few rocks.
